The official venue for the 75th Rilem Week 2021 will be the Hotel Fiesta Americana, a five star hotel located in the downtown Mérida, which will host the welcoming cocktail, the technical sessions and the committee meetings. Departures to social events and tours will be also from this hotel.
The organizing committee has arranged preferential hotel fares:
Single/Double room per night in European Plan (EP, no meals are included)*
$1900 MXN plus Taxes = $2300 MXN* (approximately $115 USD, Jan, 20, 2021)
*MXN= Mexican Peso. This fare applies from August 29th to September 3rd and includes all the applicable taxes.
Tips to bellboys, maids and waiters are at the guest’s consideration.
The charge for an additional third person in EP plan is of $ 450.00 MXN plus taxes. Quadruple occupation is not allowed. A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old free of charge sharing the same room with their parents will be allowed.
POLICY OF CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND NO ARRIVALS:
As these will be individual reservations, each participant may make them according to the policies that apply for each case as indicated at the time of making your reservation in the indicated channels; each participant is fully responsible for the handling of his/her own reservation.
Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card or cash deposit.
